ANSWERS
BEFORE YOU ASK.
The questions we get asked most, answered properly. If yours is not here, the team would rather you asked than guessed. The contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Booking & Lead Times
How far in advance should we book?
For festivals and large productions, 6–8 weeks is ideal to secure equipment and crew. Corporate events and galas can typically be arranged within 2–3 weeks, and we do accommodate urgent bookings where possible. Tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver it properly.
What do you need from us to quote?
The venue, the date and the guest count get us most of the way. Anything you already have on technical requirements, running order or brand artwork sharpens the number. If a detail is still undecided, say so. We will quote a sensible assumption and flag it.
How is pricing determined?
Every quote is built around your venue, guest count and technical requirements: audio, visual, staging and crew. You get an itemised quote rather than a single figure, so you can see what each part of the production costs and adjust scope before committing.
Can we adjust the scope after booking?
Yes, within reason and within the lead time. Equipment and crew are reserved against your date, so changes that add capacity are easier earlier than later. We will always tell you what a change does to the plan and the price before it is made.
Scope & Scale
What event sizes do you handle?
We scale from intimate 50-guest corporate briefings to full-capacity festivals and stadium tours exceeding 20,000 attendees. The crew, equipment stack and technical plan are sized to match. A small room gets a small, appropriate rig, not a scaled-down big one.
Which regions do you cover?
We are based in Kenya and actively deliver productions across East Africa, including Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda. Multi-country tours are managed with full technical logistics included.
Can you take on only part of the production?
Yes. Every one of our services can be booked on its own: sound, backline, LED and visuals, staging, event branding, technical production. Plenty of clients bring us in for one department alongside their own suppliers.
Will you work alongside our existing suppliers?
Routinely. Where we are handling technical production we coordinate the whole floor, including vendors we did not appoint, so the schedule and the power and rigging plan still add up.
On The Day
Do you provide on-site technical crew?
Yes. Every booking includes experienced FOH engineers, lighting operators and stage technicians for full setup, live show operation and load-out. The crew who built the show are the crew who run it.
Who is our point of contact during the event?
One production contact carries your event from the first site visit through to load-out. You are not handed between departments on show day.
What happens if something fails mid-show?
Backup systems, redundant crew and contingency plans are built into every production. Critical signal paths and power are planned with a fallback rather than a hope, and the crew on site can act on it without waiting for a decision.
When do you load in and out?
Access is scheduled with the venue as part of the technical plan: build ahead of doors, not during them. Load-out is a clean strike with asset handover afterwards, and a debrief on what worked.
Branding & Extras
Do you handle event branding as well?
Yes. Event branding is one of our six services: branded environments, stage graphics, signage and wayfinding, media walls and large-format print, all built to the real dimensions of the stage and the room.
Can you produce branded merchandise?
Yes. Branded merchandise sits within our branding service alongside signage, print and crew apparel. Tell us quantities and deadlines early, since production and delivery lead times are longer than anything we build on site.
Do you design our identity, or work to ours?
Normally we execute an identity you already have, applying your existing guidelines faithfully to every surface. Where there is no artwork to work from we can develop the event-specific creative direction with you.
What is included as standard with every booking?
Production planning with a technical plan and run sheet agreed up front, experienced crew on site, live show operation through the event, and complete setup and load-out with asset handover.
